Verify your email

After being invited on a project, you will receive a confirmation mail that you will need to validate in order to create your profile on DOCUMENT & FIELD MANAGER.

Clicking on the link will redirect you to the DOCUMENT & FIELD MANAGER website, where your verification will be confirmed.

Invalid confirmation code

You have a time frame of 30 minutes to validate the link. If you didn’t click on the link in time, you will receive the following error :

You can however send a new code by clicking on Resend a code on the DOCUMENT & FIELD MANAGER login page.

A new code will be generated and sent to your email address.

You can either click on the provided link sent to your email address, or manually copy/ paste the code in the Confirmation Code field, and click on Verify.

Your profile authorization has expired

These same steps will apply if you already validated your email address but didn’t yet complete your profile. You will need to generate a new code to have access to your profile completion.

The following error will appear if you already validated your email address but didn’t complete your profile, with the error message Your profile authorization has expired.

Complete your profile

Once you have validated your email address, you will be able to set up your profile and create your password to access DOCUMENT & FIELD MANAGER
